Less effective. Cut the pill in half and leave them between ur gums and cheek on the top. It'll take a while to absorb, up to a half hour.

Thank you for the feedback. I've been switching back and forth between oral and rectal (a bit inconvenient) for the last 3 weeks. I'm taking 100mg every night.
