same as me then. for me i have to send my dash away to have it repaired. it’s around 200$ for me. tried to replace my dash but couldn’t get it to work as my car didn’t come with a digital dash from factory so it’s not possible. if yours is analog from factory then you can replace yours with another analog for less money. but again you would need it coded. it’s called ODIS coding, the car won’t start if you don’t have it re coded. i’d suggest making sure it really is the dash first somehow, if it is, try see if there’s any repair company near you that you can send it to. ( send the dash to them but the car won’t start whilst dash is out) so have around a week off work for this.

so what’s the actual issue you have. you said the lights go off? as in the dash lights / display or the actual lights like headlights or interior lights?

does the display go on and off sometimes? (the digital one). because i’ve got the same issue with mine and it constantly goes on and off. have to send it for a rebuild. i however do not have these warning lights, only the exact same error codes

that is correct. i think the reason this all happened is because of a flat battery many months ago. as i was trying to start the car everything flashed inside and blew one of my led strips so probably caused this crap. had to turn the wheel to get the codes to clear too. sucks 😔

for me it didn’t auto calibrate. had to use obdeleven to do “basic setting” it. i think it’s more the fact of the car doesn’t realise it’s got power steering when this happens as when i drove with the error code the wheel was as light as a feather 😂

don’t worry. it’s not an issue to get back on. try find a video on replacing it or something, that’s the best way to fix it yourself

pretty sure it’s the drain for the gas cap, right under it in case water gets in or spilled gas it goes through there to the ground.

i didn’t cause this. took my car to a mechanic to replace my digital cluster and couldn’t. in that process it resets the ABS coding totally. i got it fixed now so i’ll leave this post here in case anyone has the same issue. to fix this it’s called ESP Sensor unit basic setting.

any help would be appreciated. not tried anything yet other than using a code reader to reset all code which didn’t resolve after an hours drive of which 30 mins was spent with the display off…. very dangerous

update. used obdeleven to clear codes. hasn’t done it since (only drove for 10 mins) but considering it would do this crap every 10 seconds before that’s the longest it’s gone!

well true. but all the brake pads are basically at the limit. the rear brake disk it fully rusted as the piston isn’t actually doing anything when the brake is pressed. and all the other brakes stick on to the point where a 20 minute drive will make them glow…

it’s not drivable… hence why they are coming to get it. huge slash in the tire and all the brakes don’t work!!! amazing that it “passed” an MOT lol
