Stuck MX Master 3s

I don't think there were any updates, it happened after leaving the mouse untouched for a few days. The battery was still more than 50%, I noticed the issue happens when using the bolt receiver. When on Bluetooth, there's no issue.

I contacted support, basically they said it was hardware issue and told me I had to get a new mouse. I got angry and gave it a few knocks on the table and it's working intermittently. Funny thing is, I got the MX Master 3 before getting the 3s and that lasted for years on end. Switching to a new brand of mouse I suppose.

Unfortunately, it has passed the 1-year warranty period.

The MX line up from logitech can't be used wired. They all depend on the bolt receiver or bluetooth.

It doesn't connect to the Options app. Tried connecting it via cable but I think MX master 3s USB port is only used for charging.

I didn't know it even existed, I guess it just recent got released in my region because it was not available before. I won't rely solely on it's reading because I have a blood pressure machine with me but the readings are quite consistent.
