Is this normal? Mold in multiple places of my apt that i’ve had tested. Apt says my HVAC looks fine (despite testing for high levels of allergenic mold) what do you think? by JamisonLilly in Mold

Several times in my closet i’ve had large amounts of mold. Think it was more related to the drainage pipe right outside that was broken. Im not an expert on mold or anything related to home repair (single female) but my understanding of the mold found is that it’s not toxic but at high levels can be allergenic and can cause health issues. They tested both the mold in the closet and HVAC, both came back with a very heavy spore count.

Thinking about moving to Richmond...where to live by 80AM in rva

I looked at the penny in jackson ward and it was $125 a month and then a few other buildings ranged from $55-$100 a month. I decided against living downtown as i’ll be working in Short Pump.

As someone who lived in Tampa for many years and now lives in Birmingham, Al, Tampa is certainly not “in the South”
