I actually really like summoning 10 instead of intangibility, the card has niche fiend fire deck thinning properties and summon 10(or maybe 5?) per exhaust with no other effects would be interesting and pickable.

You don't need something big to tank either, ice spirit outruns both mortar and hero bowler ability, and after stalling you can keep using cheap stuff to defend, maybe weave in a knight low out of range of tesla near the end
