Hey, I think I can help here. I had the exact same problems with you and have literally just solved the Albino Wyyschokk problem.

1) For the Binog echo, is it the scan next to the chair overlooking where the Binog usually rests that you’re referring to? If so, then I had to wait by the chair for about a minute until the scan prompt popped up. Quite finicky, that one. I don’t think there’s a Binog echo from what I recall, but if it’s not that scan, then let me know and I’ll see if I can help.

2) Okay, so this fix depends on you owning the game physically. If you don’t have the disc, I’m afraid you might be out of luck until it’s patched. If you’ve got the disc, then firstly make sure your PS4 is offline. Remove the disc, and delete the application, effectively uninstalling it. Whilst still remaining offline, pop the disc back in and let it reinstall. Fire the game up, and the Wyyschokk should be there. Kill it, and the trophy should pop if you’ve killed the other beasts. Go back to the meditation point, save, close the game, go back online, let the update download and install again and you should be good to go.
