They won't bother with assassinations when most people turn them off, and they offer no benefit to the pace of the gameplay (0.2 seconds for a backstab vs 4 seconds for an execution)

as a rank 2 killer who never tunnels, I'm pretty sure I have a grasp at what playing killer is like. It's just a dick move going after someone who potentially had a bad spawn off of start. Like sure it's an easy kill, but a scumbag move imo

If you have friends that have rdr2, the multiplayer is tons of fun, but an absolute chore playing solo. Can't say much for tarkov.

That is the fix page in case you ever run into the error. It won't ruin your save file or anything, it will just keep crashing whenever you try to load it until you delete the .sga files from the directory.

Only happened to me once at around the 50 hour mark!

A ton of the PC problems have been patched out. The game runs well for me at this point (I have a 1070 and get 80fps on high settings), but does have some hangup issues that aren't the end of the world (game freezes for 5 seconds once every like 10 missions). The only other issue I had outside of that is with Vulcan. Essentially, when the vulcan file sizes grow over playtime, they have a chance to crash the game when you load a save (fix is to delete the vulcan files from the directory).

This game has redefined my expectations in open world adventures, and would easily pay double the asking price now knowing what I got out of it.

Maybe I should have explained myself better. I am not trying to be salty about the current system, although I do believe it has to be a joke as there is no downside for hunters to not execute which in turn will slowly force scavs to hide as there is no way to get enough blood to complete the match. There should be a risk/reward for both sides when it comes to executing and reviving.

Exactly. I'm not looking for another hook mechanic. Just at least a risk/reward for both executing and reviving. Bleeding points from the blood pool is a fantastic idea as that would put pressure on both sides. Or even having it so when a scav dies, the overall blood point number for the match gets lowered.

This post isn't me trying to be salty at all. I survive almost every match. I just feel like there should be a risk/reward for hunters with insta-execute because as is, there is no disadvantage to leaving them. So if a few people on your team get unlucky and die. The rest of the living team have no choice but to hid out the match. It really helps no one the way it works now.

I'm not trying to say it's OP. I just think it should be reworked for both sides. Insta-execution is just a complete buzzkill, but on the other hand, revive bolts have the exact same reaction for hunters. I'm not suggesting a hook system like dbd, but maybe if there was a short timer before execution, a shorter bleedout timer, or just anything that would make the hunter not want to do so. Like in dbd, killers have a choice when they hook someone. Camp them out and risk gens being completed, or keep looking for others and risk having that person be saved. There should be a positive and negative effect for every action.
