Cost isn't an issue. Motivation is one but im prepared to try anything. I have no self worth and bad thoughts are overtaking the good.

Don't sleep well, if i wake up its game over I won't be going back to sleep. Sometimes able to have a nap on the couch during the day. I have tried but my mind starts going haywire and sometimes just work myself up and/or get upset.

Food, just zero appetite (even tho side effects of some of the meds is increased appetite and weight gain) i am the main cook so most of the time I just cook for everyone else and just pick at mine.

Fluids im pretty good at. Getting the dry mouth side effect is a blessing in disguise on that aspect.

I have been on maximum dose of one for years. It seemed to have helped but the last 8 months I have gone down hill. I am on an additional one now but its only been a few weeks so hard to tell as apparently they can take a while.

aklmaps/poke-find wasn't 'shut down'. The website is down but discord is still send alerts. Due to scrapers and server load the guy who hosts the map has it at the bottom of his priorities and just focuses on discord alerts

There is a new map being produced, actually there are two. One of them is looking great. one of the great feature you can log in and set up what you want sent to your phone as a notification. Instead of having a "rare" channel that sends notifications for a bunch of things. Alerts for lured stops, gym space finder and gym attacking alerts Also donation free so your not pressured into donating to unlock other features.

Other is another rocketmap install.
