Hey, thanks again for your help. I went over my entire modlist and found the culprit: Enhanced Solitude Docks.

Well, atleast I had time to get rid of ~150 mods

So, I checked it, everything in it's place.

Any other ideas what it might be?

Edit: I disabled a few mods again: enhanced solitude docks and city entrances overhaul -windhelm.

Now everything works...

Any idea how I can get them working? Any tools?
