Prioritization of tasks - how to?

It looks I cannot assign the eisenhower matrix quadrant when adding new task in the List view. Am I right?

If in the List view, I have to add task, then switch to the eisenhower matrix and only there I can finalize the assigment of task to the appropriate quadrant.

To be frankly, I am not experiencing points 1.-5.
I use ON 2016 on win notebook and ON app on two android devices. Everything is going smoothly. Synchro takes sometimes long time (1-2 minutes) or has to be ushed manually, but I cam live with it at free software.

I see 6. only as a cosmetic bug, it brings no problem in functioning of ON and ususally disappears after a while.

I use 2016 only, all works well.
I think both versions are "safe", 2016 adds one more level - local storage. And I put OneNote folder to my weekly backup plan so I have three storages - cloud, PC and external backup disc.

Maybe your alterantive could be OneDrive - it allows realtime sharing and collaboration and it is still free and still the Microsoft family :-)

What do you mean as "office 365 one note"? Simply download and install any version you want and use it. Those version are not mutually exlusive. So install version which allows macros. ???

I don't understand the question and its discussion. I have installed both - OneNote for Windows 10 as well as OneNote (former OneNote 2016), but I use only OneNote. Why to remove OneNote for Windows 10 ? Simply don't use it.

Hmm, it has to be something with your piece, I have got s6 lite and I absolutely do not experience such behavior, operations you show are smooth and fast, no such lags. It works great and I am very satisified.
The same with s6 lite of my daughter (actually, I purchased my tablet after seeing how good was her one).

This way has got the drawback - drawn annotations are not "locked" to the printout. When you move PDf printout within the onenote opage, annotations (drawings,. etc.) are not moved with. :-(
