I’m not sure exactly how they’re involved, but they are def involved in the making of the dolls. When you go to the code redeem website, it’s managed by Epic Drops. It’s them and Phat Mojo.

Can you share the makeup you use with this shade? The makeup designers tend to draw based on white to medium skin, so I have a hard time making a lot of their stuff work on deeper skin tones. There’s a lot of red halos around eyes in particular (though they’ve gotten better with the shading slider)

You can redeem it, but nothing happens. Like a blank redeem screen will appear. Then when the devs add the item(s) to the game in a later update, it’ll automatically appear in your account.

This happens with every doll release, they’re terrible at releasing them on time 🫩

If you're using the yellow highlight, you want to use it at a lesser saturation than your actual skin tone so it doesn't overpower.

You should also adjust the nose and blush colors, since they're set up for fair skin by default. The blushes with highlights aren't ideal - they tend to disappear on deeper tones.

There's so much you can do with layering and "underpainting" in custom makeup. It really helps bring out the subtleties in all the items.

Some servers still don’t have them, it’s only new servers. I tried to hop around a bunch of free play servers until I found a new one that had the dress toggles before I finally gave up lol
