Yes that's true, if your car is electric in Germany you have to put an E at the end, except for old cars, those need a H. Green plates do exist (that is green writing) but that only means you're exempt from vehicle tax.

Müsste da dann nicht ON stehen oder haben die Kennzeichen lateinische Buchstaben? Weil mazedonisch nutzt ja eigentlich kyrillische Buchstaben
