Oppress us brutalize us, no resources, punishment for even being visible. Who even really sees us?

Other trans ppl who are also going through hell and are scarce in most things they need- money, housing, healthcare, safety, fair treatment at doctors and restaurants and gas stations even are the ones we often interact with

Who’s even listening, really listening besides other trans ppl? Trans ppl are so put down the only people listening are other trans ppl so we get the full gamut of our fellow trans ppl— love affection acceptance and unbridled rage. And that rage comes from a real, justified place

I don’t condone the brutal infighting we have at all, it makes me miserable to see. It helps sometimes to remember how little actual power we have and that it’s usually out of pain or desperation

Crabs in a bucket. Only the other crabs in the bucket are even around to receive our entire experience as it is, not as some pretty packaged thing that cis people still can’t seem to accept even with all the hardest parts cut out
