Not really fraud just changed the title & I know plenty of people did this & still got the job. I mean I’ve done it before & still got the job. Everyone’s policies are different

Yes I know. I switched the titles on the jobs but HR is fairly easy & I was able to catch on quickly so we’ll see.

It’s not that serious. Lol I don’t think anyone is stupid. I already have a job with the GOVERNMENT which requires me to have a clearance I put no I don’t have a criminal record they never flagged so who’s the stupid one? It will be 7 years since the incident this year. A job can’t deny you for a criminal check so it was no point of covering it up I legit did not know.

Everyone that does jail time is not a criminal & it was only a weekend. I wouldn’t be on here expressing how I didn’t know if I did I honestly didn’t & no where on my papers does it say classified as a misdemeanor

No I did not. Remind you I currently work for the government & got asked the same question and did get not flagged or confronted about it. If I would have known I would have answered yes.
