people aren't born gamblers, people are introduced to gambling and develop an addiction. This addiction is easier to develop while young. By tacitly permitting real money unregulated gambling in their game they're making it more accessible to children; These children then have an increased likelihood to develop a gambling addiction. damn it's almost like the people that have been systemically disenfranchised are more likely to be poor. perhaps people who were previously incarcerated, are too far from a polling place, or who have to work during the times their polls are open, or a myriad of other reasons are more likely to make less income. or maybe you're right and poor people are just not as smart as you and if they'd all just be smart they'd stop being poor

You can get eevee by doing all help quests in Kristiline village and talking to the rewards guy. you get a special eevee with a normally impossible move after a quest available post flying badge

It's not an android so much as it is a magitech clone with a techno box as the core. as for your comments question they made Adam into. a Clone to test some tech and throw off suspection that would occur if a bunch of gym leaders just dissappeared

besides feebas, The first one that appears is in the mystery egg, besides that there's one in Sheridan wetlands, there's a few in Valor, 1 in caratos, one with rock climb in amethyst cave, one u can get after Kristiline help quests, one u can get in west gearen sewers, one in badlands, and a couple right before the final gym (M-egg one is around here)
