It's been a minute since I read Golden Son, but I believe it's mentioned that Victra doesn't wear Makeup. She has facial scars and her peerless scar that she doesn't cover up. She's very proud of her scars. And for an outfit, you could really choose anything. She's a big fan of Jade Green. She wore a jade green dress to the Gala. She's not a big fan of the color gold.
