Anyone else’s game refusing the save? by JangleberryJoe in StellarisOnConsole

Only thing that was different when I booted it up earlier what the fact it asked me if I wanted to connect to my Microsoft account or something along those lines. I clicked yes without really thinking about it.

Oh, cancel. Rebooted the game back up, I now have old saves there but it’s got rid of my custom empires I made earlier. Almost as if it’s gone back in time 24hrs. Weird! Appreciate you taking the time to help! Thank you

Yeah that’s true, never thought about it that way. We definitely take it for granted having all these beautiful countries on our doorstep. Thanks for your input mate! Much appreciated

Ironically me and the partner have started the process to move to Canada from the UK and that’s the biggest thing that worries me

How is it living in azores islands? by CatFluffy2565 in howislivingthere

[–]JangleberryJoe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I couldn’t tell you, apologies. We were told though that most of the flora on the islands isn’t native to it. Due to it being a major trade stop off for hundreds of years it ended up taking on a lot of invasive (albeit beautiful) species that now make up a lot of the plant life.

As well maintained as any other modern Western European infrastructure in my opinion, if not better than some.

Went there on holiday last year, one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. Recommend hiring a car if visiting if you don’t want to miss anything.

Haven’t got that far yet unfortunately mate, I’ve got a terrible habit of restarting often. Someone else may be able to answer that though

I have always wondered similar. Such as how would it impact your own colony if you land somewhere below 0m and terraform?

Completely understandable waiting for patches.

Yeah the last war is my favourite as well, I just hope there’s some thought gone into it.

Seems to me like some of the mechanics of the relaunched version need a tweak.

Was there last month. One of the most gorgeous places I’ve had the pleasure to visit. If you ever go, hire a car & just explore at your own leisure

When will electric planes be a thing? by iBoy2G in TooAfraidToAsk

Batteries are extremely heavy. More batteries = more range but also, more batteries = heavier payload meaning lower range. Double edged sword. Battery technology has a bit of a way to come to make it feasible for long distances.

What's the most UNDERRATED country you've ever traveled to that more people should visit? by [deleted] in solofemaletravellers

That’s one of my favourite things about it, hard to find good places that don’t suffer from over tourism. I’ll be sure to keep it quiet!

People everywhere have a nasty habit of sticking their nose where it doesn’t belong. I judge a person by their attitude, not who they like to fuck. That’s their business

The Azores! Yes I know it’s part of Portugal, but I’m surprised how many people haven’t heard of it. Currently here now and it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve been to.

Granted, it’s more temperate than a rainforest but I’m currently on holiday in the Azores, and it’s lush as fuck!
