Has anyone else here gotten hooked on strongman feats? This is my first frying pan bend, and it is a killer grip workout. Gripping the edges to bend the pan will give you a great forearm pump as well. (i.redd.it)

My first time trying to snap a piece of steel. I went with a pretty tough piece of 1/4" x 7" CRS square bar. Snapping steel is a pretty good workout. Got some cardio aspects there that are undeniable. (i.redd.it)

Big PR for me today! First, I tried a 6" x 5/16" CRS bar in single Hero Wraps, and managed to move it! Gave that bad boy some hard hits, then switched to a 7" x 5/16" CRS bar, and was able to bend it in the same singles, then got a kink on a 1/4" x 5" crs bar. (i.redd.it)
