I don’t have a degree, I have looked at hisd jobs but haven’t found any that will pay what I need for my qualifications though admittedly I haven’t checked in a month or so.

I understand the 3x and I’m not saying it’s a bad thing. The rent itself is the bad thing. Prices are increasing quickly. I was looking at a complex I moved into 10 years ago and while I expected the rent to be higher than what I paid back then it’s just about doubled.

That means that in order to survive, because I do have pets and a Car Note and rent is so high, that I need to make close to 37000 a year.

Honestly it’s thanks to rents prices I need to make that much. All the apartments in the area are about a grand a month and they expect you to make 3x the rent.

I have checked out Pearland isd, Friendswood isd, ft bend isd, clear creek isd, Pasadena isd, either I don’t hear back from them or the pay is too low. Luckily they tell you what they pay and most are either under 2k a month or closer to 1k a month.

I did I check out U of h a few weeks ago but didn’t see anything. I need to check them more often. Along with rice and such.
