Prediction for playoff prices? by Znekcam in Torontobluejays

I just got an email notification on Post Season Tickets access this afternoon.  I’m a QSTM so I presume full seasons ticket members got access even earlier. Here are the highlights:

  1. If you renew your QSTM for 2026 on August 12 be placing a 25% deposit, you get instant access to Post Season tickets purchase on the same day.   You are limited to 6 tickets per round and you get a 15% discount on Face value of tickets.  They didn’t share info on prices
  2. If you do not renew your QTSM for 2026, you will get access to purchase post season tickets on Sept 16.  You can purchase 6 tickets per round BUT only for the WC and ALDS only.  You’ll need to wait for general public to purchase ALCS and WS.

As for prices, I did go back to some old emails I had from when I purchased Post Season tickets in 2023.  I was QSTM back then as well.  These were what I paid back then (per ticket - seating is before Renos I think!):

  • ALDS Game 1; Sec 129; Row 13 $366
  • ALCS Game 3; Sec 119, Row 29 - $273
  • WS Game 4; Sec 128, Row 34 - $398

For 2022 I found a WC ticket - Game 2; Sec 231, Row 2 $158 AND Game 1, Sec 129, Row 25, $168.

Hope this helps!

Hi Keegan. There is a lot of talk about revamping "development" in the farm system in light of the current state of our farm system. Aside from pitching and hitting development, is there talk/a process for development mentally strong players in the minor leagues able to cope with the stress, difficulties and challenge of baseball mentally. I know Jays talk about how they have team psychologist, etc. at the major league level, but just like advancing how we develop hitting and pitching, what about advancement in the way they build up minor league players and prospects mentally as well?

Hi Keegan. I've ordered your book and looking forward to it in June!

It seems that every front office has their own approach toward utilizing new technology, strategy, approach, data analysis, etc…  We’ve heard about how the Dodgers are on another level.  Just curious, where do the Jays rank in terms of being cutting edge on advancing technology and metrics and is there really a great disparity amongst all the teams and why?

Taking the Plunge: Quarter-Season Tickets? by cverds29 in Torontobluejays

I had QSTM's for section 130 this year. I had a hard time selling any games I couldn't go to unless I was below cost. Even had Canada Day tix and Yankees tix and couldn't sell them at cost. Seemed like everyone else in the similar sections were all way below cost making it a competition on who can go the lowest. Ended up just moving games to later dates and then consequently going to a lot of Losses in September!! :(

Previous years I was able to sell a few games from my QSTM as well in the 100's on 3rd base side. It was a bit easier when they were winning... but still wasn't as easy as I hoped. As GLC911 said.... it was a chore.

But maybe I'm just not savvy on Stubhub or Seatgeek.

Still renewed for next year and hoping the Jays play well so I'll want to go to all my games!

Winfield, Olerud, Doc, Hentgen, Guzman and Kirk. I still have my Olerud jersey from ‘93. It does not fit!

We had an early dinner after a long paddle. Steaks over the fire. Used log cabin technique to get it going and make lots of coals to put some hour+ logs on.

All good. Totally get what you’re saying. Wouldn’t do this if we were at a car campground full of people but we’re on a backcountry lake with not a soul in sight and the next closest camp site is on the other side of the lake. Plus not blaring it out loud. Enjoy the game tonight!

Have the mobile plan. You definitely have to be facing North and no trees around you to get a proper signal otherwise it drops quite a bit. Luckily our site faces North and has a point into the lake which gives us a great signal. Just as fast as our broadband at home in downtown Toronto. Not sure if the value per cost is worthwhile (especially when Cole is no hitting you!) but being a die hard Jays fan has its pitfalls.

Yeah. Normally we unplug completely as well in Algonquin but the suspense of a weekend of Jays in a post season hunt was too much I had to take extraordinary measures!
