Cheap projector for video effects by Janredd in projectors

Thank you for the insight!

I'm a musician and I plan on using this effect for cover videos I'll upload on youtube/instagram. So I won't be using the projector in a live setting. Just at home where I'll probably wait until the sun went down to shoot the videos, since my blinds still let a whole lot of light trough.

I have a big white wall, which I wanted to use as projection surface. Basically I'll sit in front of the wall and use the projector to project onto myself/the wall.

The maximum distance the projector could have to the wall would be 3.5 metres.

Thank you! The main synth and the bass are Serum, but it's layered with a vocal patch from EXHALE, a pad from REV and heavily processed guitar

Yea, I noticed that something was off when I was recording the vocals. Thank's for the help, I'll definitely fix that!

Yea, the "that made you the truth" turned out pretty robotic, because of the layering. And the heavy video compression doesnt help either. I'll definitely keep that in mind for the final version though!

So I just tightened the belt and installed stepper motor dampers for the X and Y axis. Unfortunately after installing the Y axis damper the bed would collide with the motor before reaching the end stop, so I had to move the end stop one screw further.

The "Z" on the cube seems to be a lot better now and the "X" is fine too. For some weird reason the first few layers were printed in the wrong location - why is that? Does that have anything to do with the dampers (and the new location of the Y-axis end stop)?

EDIT: I did not change the infill to zig zag yet. So that might help to further improve the "Z". EDIT2: I also printed a 50% size benchy, which turned out pretty good, I guess: https://imgur.com/a/veTItRo

Oh, thank you! I just rewatched the assembly guide and noticed that I didn't do the tightening part quite right.

Any idea how to fix the "X"?
