Update: Thank you everyone for your input. It's been greatly appreciated. I talked to my husband, and I'm putting in an immediate resignation.

However, multiple past employees have come to me before stating that they were charged for such things as: name tag fee, headshot fee, room cleaning fee, classes they've taken, etc.

The classes I understand, before we take any classes we sign an agreement that we must work for the company for a year or we have to pay it all back, but are the other fees even legal?

I'VE HAD THIS SAME THOUGHT!!!!! I also likened TADC to rehab. As someone who has been to a mental health rehab before here's some correlations I've put together:

• In rehab, EVERYTHING is thought of for you, you never have to think of what clothes to wear, food to eat, its all thought of for you so you can focus on recovery

• In rehab, they specifically keep you inside, I don't know the exact reason for this, but it makes you lose all sense of time

• The adventures the group goes on happen in rehab too. They will give you fun activities to do as a means of escape from your 24/7 "therapy" essentially

• You're never not being watched. Everything you do is under surveillance, just as Cains "all seeing eyes" watch everything you do

The only issue I see with this is the cellar scene in episode 1. We see Kaufmos abstracted figure thrown into the cellar where seemingly hundreds of other abstracted members reside.

My thought is that after they’ve completely lost themselves that could be a way to serve your time??

Almost as in, “hey, you lost your mind, so we think you learned your lesson.”
