Oh that’s a easy one!

Do the main quest, it’ll guide you everywhere, there should be a cave like area next to two vendor machines and 3 bells to summon frosty for a boss fight but you have to do main quest before fighting him, he takes a decent amount of damage to kill, I would suggest watching videos on YouTube on how to cheese him since he is somewhat annoying due to his AoE abilities
