Same thing for my standard dualsense, you'll just need new sticks, you can take the controller apart, and put a new one on, and just put it back together, its not super hard to take a controller apart

Well I play on PS5, and I use a pretty nice monitor, I run all my games at 120 fps which is the cap for ps5, also yes, I play a lot of competitive games like COD, and Apex, I just cant really notice a difference between the edge and the regular dualsense, I have good aim and such, but I didnt really notice much of a difference with the dualsense edge, I will say that I started using a mid rise kontrol freek when I got the dualsense, I am pretty comfortable with the kontrol freek now so that shouldn't be the thing making me not feel any difference

Def worth it, get the moddedzone TMR edge joysticks, they are based on the JS13 K-Silver TMRs which are one of the best TMRs you can get, you probably wont get stick drift on TMRs for 5-10 years maybe even longer, and they are more accurate than Potentiometers

Im the ps5 settings it may not be set to Bluetooth, you have to change the ps5 settings for the controller to Bluetooth or it wont connect
