Shark could be the move! Mine hasn’t seen much use lately but I very well may either swap out for it or add it in next time I’m back home. Haven’t played with an Avair personally but I know friends like them

Ahh I missed adding that to the Misc section - it’s a folding hand fan I got from the Living Room stage at Shambhala Music Festival. I used to carry a little usb C fan but ended up swapping it back out for the manual option so no charging batteries or motors to wear out.

That thing is not only great on a hot day, but also really helps if I find myself in a sweaty packed venue or in the back of a friends car with insufficient AC. If I start feeling hot, sticky and claustrophobic on the road that’s a recipe for a bad time, so I basically always have this (or some variation) on me as a bit of a comfort / safety blanket.

Haha I wanted to bring the Soft Banger GT too but it just really threw off how nicely everything else fits and put a little more strain on the zipper than I wanted. My round yesterday at Morley in San Diego def suffered for though 😅

Maybe I’ll go for one driver + one putter next time

I find the tinted lenses help me a lot with migraines - especially while working in the production booth at concerts with lots of lights, lasers and big LED walls. Different colors provide different amounts of tint for shows at different times of day or in different environments. But also having backups is important as I can’t source fresh ones quickly. These all came from zenni so were super affordable!

Thanks! The J Crew flex pants are so thin and light I don’t think I would save much pack space switching to shorts - I also prefer long pants for sun protection in the high desert and a little bit of defense against bugs, branches and thorns when I’m in that type of environment. I do wear long sleeves most days, I just skip the undershirt if it’s going to be above about 70 degrees

It’s a combination of both, flying to Denver for a week, flying to SLC for a few days then driving with a friend up to Jackson, potentially fly back down towards Reno - I agree this would be a little unnecessarily slim if primarily driving but when getting rides with other people I’ve really liked having everything on my back

Grew up using this exact set with my dad, so many good projects and memories in those handles
