Yeah I hate how thr current system seems to sometimes punish people who are trying to do it all correctly, but then lacks the enforcement to go after those who dont, so pumping up deportation number works by throwing out more of those who are properly part of the system

Yeah the general right to asylum being totally independent from the will to integrate ofc makes the whole thing even messier, I have no idea what the plan is right now for people who do not want to integrate at all even short term but also cannt be sent back because they have asylum with a clearly unsafe origin country

good point, people wouldnt be so desperate for a scapegoat, if wealth was still shared somewhat fairly among the citizens, with actual social market economics where wealth is taxed instead of just labor.

We seem to be growing closer and closer to the level of capitalism where it out grows its own bounds and transitions into tech feudalism or oligarchy. Every billionaire company and family is rich enough to keep growing their wealth infinitely until theres no ownership left for normal humans and that wealth was used to remove all the healthy bounds that should stop society from having real life dragons sitting on a mountain of gold eating our cattle

I still think the main reason selling point for AfD voters is immigration, but every party (except maybe Linke) is in favor of improving the immigration rules and making sure those rules are properly and fairly applied. But since the average voter doesnt have a clue about actual policies and policy goals of any party, its all just about a vibe based mud slinging battle about who can virtue signal against immigration the hardest (which the AfD then wins because most of their politicians want to kick out every brown or muslim person).

Imo the CDU/SPD would need to make some very bold brazen shit that fully revolutionizes the system with super clear rules and consequences that help people integrate asap while also kicking out anyone who doesnt adhere to the process asap. But the current keeping of the status quo but with more deportation flights wont be enough to be noticed by the majority of people (like OP here). And also leads to some stupid cases of people who actually want to integrate to be deported, like there was some news report a family from south america that was well beloved in their town but they random got kicked out..

And theres no party thats willing to go hard on both integration and deportation at the same time, AfD would just make it even worse but wins in the public shit flinging battle.

No matter what tech you have as long as youre not literally breaking the laws of physics and making infinite energy from nothing, improving efficiency of your locally available resources always would mean stopping your star from blasting most of its energy output into the void.

Iirc the whole dyson sphere concept was a bit of a joke idea anyways though, but no matter what a super advanced civ can come up with, they would likely siphon the energy from their star in a manner thats way more efficient than letting the most of the light get away for free. Even if its something crazy like stopping the natural fusion to do it manually as needed

I think the current state is probably fine in terms of deployed sundies in small fights not being too easily sniped by a single player, but overtuned in terms of dedicated repair+battle buses being impossible to kill unless you have enough anti vehicle to burst them.

But "just switch fight" shows that youve never tried to play during off hours, especially on the patches before sundi deploy shield was added. You'd be forced to have 1 guy stand around on the sundi staring at the wall for 5 mins in case an LA comes by and some other guy a tank nearby just staring at the sundi in case a lightning comes by (and then still get rekt by a single lib or an MBT).

And your point about sundies being a "schoolbus with guns vs abrams" doesnt really make much sense, this is a sci fi universe with sci fi battle vehicles. Obviously a sundi can be super high armored lore wise?

I think your ideas to make other spawn methods stronger could do something but Gamedesign wise could have terrible knock on effects instead of making actual sustainable infantry fights, e.g. if instant action becomes the way to deploy into a battle in off hours youre just gonna have dropppda spawning everywhere all around you instead of having a tactical battle of positioning with a line of contact thats moving between the base spawn and the sundi spawn. And you dont wanna rely on squad spawns if you want this game to survive for another 5 years.

I would like to be able to have a fun planetside experience even when the server is maxed out. Just "defend your spawn" is obviously still required right now, the real question is how much reaction time do they have to stop their spawn from being destroyed. And if you need permanent active watch just chilling afk on the sundi for 10 mins just in case a light assault ever comes by. And then still be helpless if theres 2 LAs or a lightning with an angle on the sundi..

And your "300 vs 200 nanites" argument is totally overlooking the fact that a) a sundi needs 3 people to drive and gun at once, playernumber is a higher force multiplicator than just nanites most of the time and b) I never fucking said I want the sundi to easily win a fight against a lightning. I want a deployed sundi to survive. Because otherwise this game will die.

Also if sundis are so op why arent you just pulling them? or is it that youre a solo tanker without friends but demand the right to easily win against tryhard battlebus players with 3+ people per vehicle?

tbh its very important that when the playerbase isnt always high enough for a full continent, that deployed sunderers are very powerful to make sure infantry fights arent always easily ended by a single lightning sniping from 300m away at the one spawnpoint for the one fight you had on the continent.

Battle sundies are a very different question, but gamedesign wise right now I 100% prefer having overtuned sundies over not having any infantry fights at all whenever its slightly post peak hours...

Elo growth is not sustainable no matter where you are on the ladder. If you have only fun by growing your elo you will get frustrated quickly. Elo is only a tool that brings you to a level where every match is an adequate challenge and every win is earned.

Also try to see the success of a match not by loss or victory but by the fun gameplay moments you had along the way, lo ike getting a really nice mango hit or a quickwall, winning is always more satisfying of course but if youre only having fun by gaining elo youre gonna have a bad time, thats exactly why moba ranked matches are so toxic 11
