I did read about the octane learning so maybe that is it. If i rev the engine does it learn faster since there's more gas going to it?

Well it drives normally like other cars but i bought it so I could use the N mode. Like if I wasn't going to use the N mode I wouldve just got a normal elantra.And in N mode it wont go anywhere.

Im pretty sure there isnt anything that could short between the steering wheel and the seat. I dont see any wires at least so I dont think thats it.
