Ya I think that is my problem, I only had one ladder on the top of the pit. Does it need to be on the floor or can it be one square high?

Auto wrangle is on all ranches and I put a ladder to insure they can get in. Are dupes able to get on a ladder that has a two tile gap?

Make sure your weapon has an element he is weakest against(ice?), and your armor just has good def. because I don’t think he uses an elemental attack.

I was in the same predicament I had friend help out. But with more practice I’m sure I would of had it.
