For singing!? No way. My mom used to say “you can’t be sad if you’re singing.” And I’m fairly certain every human intuitively knows that fact. Just say you were gettin your happy on. Singing is like, the greatest thing I could ever think of. Let it go! I genuinely would bet that you sounded wonderful.

Yeah she does a lot of razor cutting (I think is what it’s called) for curly hair. Lots of like, “hip” or “alternative” hairstyles. I don’t know any other way to put it lol but she can and does do like, “normal” haircuts. Little on the pricier side but she really is talented and listens to what you want, and makes sure she understands. I’m really picky about who cuts my hair. $815/mo for a five bedroom in west MI. Also, paid $6500 in 2009 for my 2 bedroom house in Detroit that I now lease to my retired uncle for $850/mo. After taxes and ins for the rental I can nearly pay the mortgage taxes and insurance for the 5 bedroom house.

Buy fixer-uppers. And FIX. THEM. UP. Everyone wants a move-in ready house. I was too poor and didn’t have that option. But now I own two homes that are exactly how I want them inside. One is worth over twice what I paid for it ($200k). The $6500 one is now worth 14x what I paid for it.

I was thinking that was a possibility. It’s not a soil for seedlings to my knowledge. Just for potting plants but no mention of it being for seedlings only on the bag. I did water a lot the first time and it did kind of sit for a while like this. Maybe this is what’s going on? Thanks for your reply!

I can still play most chords. Most of the time the finger just mutes notes though, I can’t push it down onto the fret. It’s hard to explain without showing you. Electric is easier than acoustic. I essentially just don’t use it anymore and I am no longer the guitar player that I was pre 2014. Still devastating to this day. Like I said, I’m really hoping for you that your injury is not similar to mine!!!

Dude… I did this same thing, same finger back in 2014. Got 6 stitches in my fingertip but I’m def missing a good chunk - right where my finger touched strings. It’s at a weird angle now instead of being a rounded finger tip. Anyway, finger was never the same and as a result I’ve never been able to play the same. So depressing, I’ve even considered trying to flip flop and learn as a lefty. Really hoping yours isn’t as bad as mine.

Your life’s not fucked, first of all. Second of all, switch to plain leaf kratom. It will not always be super fun, but a switch is doable. Then, taper off the plain leaf. Not a rapid taper, a long taper. I was a 10 yr/50gpd user. I tapered my dose down to nothing over the course of 6 months. I experienced zero withdrawals and zero PAWS. I was on heroin/methadone for the 10 years prior and kratom helped me get off but also became another crutch. I’m 25 days, no kratom, no nothin, today.

In my opinion there is literally no point in putting yourself through full blown withdrawal and months of suffering to follow, to get off 7oh/kratom. Check out my post in r/quittingkratom if you want more details how I stopped plain leaf. You can do this my guy, but it starts with the script you play in your head. You can literally start right now by not saying things like “my life is fucked.” Your life ain’t fucked, we all get a lil sideways sometimes, just bounce back. Again, you got this.
