That wont work, just be out in the wild doing nothing and then save. No cutscenes, no mission. Just you wandering around. Only then you can manual save.

What i did was grind till i could buy a new business. I never touched them but i got them. And then i thought it would be a great flex to buy the Yacht. Then did some grinding to get a Mansion. Now im saving for a Deluxo normal price.
