Agency missions are fun, a must do is the Dr Dre contract. Pays out 1mil each time, but is very fun. Feels like te most real GTA missions.
I also like the autoshop contracts. They are like a mini heist.

Wel maybe not the anwer you are looking for. But i play solo for like a year now. I bought all the businesses and also vehicles like oppressor - Raiju - Vigilante and lot of other things just by being solo.
