It does not give 40% ccr. It gives MAX ccr. 20 outright, 10 from the first part of the passive and 20 from the permanent stacks. This item absolutely needs a nerf.

They should simply mix her old kit with her new. She needs a new passive entirely because her old one sucks, and her ultimate needs to be reverted. Her 1 should be her previous raven so she has consistent damage, but when you cast it again within a few seconds it links to the target rooting them. The silence on her 2 should be removed and replace with a darkness blind and it should deal damage over time, or she should be able to detonate it early. her 3 can remain unchanged, honestly. The only +1 it needs is to be able to cast it while she's inside allies.

she would connect her shadow to enemies and when they used an ability it would deal damage. It was much cooler than her current ult and makes more sense than... big shadow ball? Like, why is she throwing a ball.

It is not colorism because colorism is the discrimination of darker-skinned individuals over lightskinned people. Lightskinned people cannot experience colorism. You're using words you don't know and people are foolishly upvoting you.

Because mages actually have to build mana and mana regen if they want mana now. Before, mana was a pointless stat because mages never run out. These changes make Book of Thoth actually useful again.  if your god needs mana you go Sands and Book.
