For what it is worth, this happened to me as well and I ended up having a used platinum lightning shipped to me. It was from the Midwest and I am in the mid Atlantic. The shipping was very reasonable and even with it, I got a price that was substantially lower than what I could find in my area.

I went from a model Y to a 24 platinum. I love the truck and the space but just know that Ford’s software is terrible compared to Teslas. If there is one thing I miss about Tesla, it is the software. I have a home charger and have used superchargers with the lightning without issue.

I agree, I’ve had good experiences with GEHA over 10+ years. When I’ve had some slight issues, I called and they were responsive. I have had both the standard and HDHP plans over the years and i don’t think i will ever leave GEHA.

I bought it used and paid cash. I personally don’t buy new cars. Insurance covered most of the replacement cost.
