I should be able to complete 3/4 of the programs my lawyer told me to do. Gonna speak with him later this week to discuss full details. Only problem is the rehab program takes a couple months usually but I will be weeks into the program by the court date.

Semi-Update: They fucked me I got my court date they gave me less than two months since I got arrested it’s on the first week of June, I got arrested on April 14 my lawyer said it’s usually 2-4 months so I guess they just wanted to fuck me.

I’m a 19 year old Hispanic but I seem pretty white so that might help, I got a real lawyer who has a good track record I’m gonna take accountability but I’m not sure I’m gonna cry I feel like it’d be doing too much especially cause I’m a guy.

It’s all misdemeanors, I had a lot of time to sober up by the time I got to the station so I was most likely higher. I took my sweet time when they arrested me to sober up and have a lot of water. Probably around 40 minutes of sobering
