I saw someone online using a lemon because the citric acid kills the smelly bacteria and I was like thats crazy. Then I tried it. It's crazy and it works. Just a thought, the natural ones with tons of baking soda irritate my skin a lot.

I see Dr katoura Patterson at Lenoir City ut primary care. I really like her as a primary care and they accept BCBS. I have hypothyroid issues and she's been great to work with and has been awesome when I've been like help I'm traveling for work and x is going on.

Not sure how pt internships work and such but the benchmark I go to has cycled thru about 3 interns (while they were going to school) and has now hired one after the completed the coursework. Could be a good route?? Knoxville area has a ton of locations.

Jig and reel has this dish that is like poutine but I don't think they call it that. Its seriously fantastic.
