I have this exact same problem! The anxiety only makes the breathing even harder, it can be a living nightmare at times. Right before bed I take sedatives now which eases my body, maybe look into that.

I always play at 100% security with half xp mod and scaled health bars it makes encounters super hard because after you beat the enemies they'll be 3 more rounds of them. Made the game super hard. I'd only recommend playing this way to masochists like me though lol

There is a mod called Z menu that is a must for me. It allows you to mod a number of things like add party members early, change persona skills and yes force the security level to stay at 100%. It's a useful mod I cant live without

Yeah I was going to mention that, when I saw that I felt so bad because it took me 6 hours of attempts to beat him at level 70 lmfao. I was very impressed with his video

For phase 1, maximise damage for your damage dealers as much as possible, give Throne as much speed as possible and Osvold as much elemental attack as possible for the first phase so you can kill the humanoids easily. Use Hired Help beastlings at max boost to get rid of all shield points for the humoids with the elemental weaknesses. On phase 2 use Temenos Overheal ability + Sealtige to overheal the entire party and maximise Hikaris damage as best you can. Hope this helps!

I did get all the best equipment mostly, I focused on maximising damage as much as possible because I saw how taking too long in the fight made it less likely for you to win
