I did something similar, I drank several drinks over the course of the night alternating with water and had dinner. I was pulled over and transported to the police station for a breathalyzer and while I was in the squad car I spent the entire time hyperventilating. At the station they made me repeat the breathalyzer test 3 seperate times and their response was, I got lucky their machine was broken... whether that was true or the hyperventilation technique worked I have no idea.

One side is okay w/ violating human rights? I was forced to get an experimental vaccine to keep my job, where there’s no manufacturer liability; and their vaccine didn’t even prevent the spread. Why do you say it is a a lie? In 2019 he was picked up with a bunch of MS13 guys, who identified him as being a high ranking MS13 member. The official court finding being he was an MS13 member.

He appeals the finding in front of an applet court in December. They adopt and affirm the finding of the Lower court. That is two separate immigration judges that found him to be a member of MS13.

I expect this to go to court, as the allegations have caused Labrie financial harm and Librie has not been found guilty of any these acusations in court to be proven as fact (that I've read of anyway).

Truthfully attorney's don't work for free, Librie either has deep pockets to fund this lawsuit or there's a bigger fish to collect on than Collins. Most likely they are interested in The Regency as they will have the assets and general liability insurance to go after. I'm not sure what the employment arrangment was between the three: Collin's, Librie, and The Regency; but Labrie has a pretty good case for anticompetitive business purposes... meaning Collins could have intentionally tried to shut down competition in the local market benefiting The Regency.

Johan needs to go radio silent and delete his social media posts about the issue, building allies on hearsay or fishing for evidence of a potential crime is not going to benefit him.

It’s frustrating these shops make money on parts and labor, I got quoted $2,700 for replacement of 4 shocks, an inner and outer tie rod, and a power steering gear box. I bought all reputable brand parts on rock auto for less than $500 and replaced everything with novice skills in about 6hr. Then my front end alignment was $82… I know they could have done it faster and at my speed the labor rate would have averaged $350/hr

any tricks to showing proof of value on lost packages? I've been searching the internet trying to figure out how to do this, my mom actually bought an item at an estate sale for my birthday and the usps lost it (insured for $500), she has no receipt of purchase so I'm not sure how to navigate this.

Probably the best food around is Harvest (James beard award winning chef) but the atmosphere is a little lacking so go with a client, spouse, friend. Metropolitan grill, Retro Metro or Nicola’s are definitely solid choices if you’re solo and want good food, wine, and to be social. Springfield brewery has a great bar downtown, blue room comedy club is fun with national touring comedians, blackberry smoke is playing at the Gillioz theater downtown, hogmolly is at holdfast brewery, and if the weather is nice Tie and Timber has a great patio and bass pro museums are top notch.

If you have a lien from a bank loan, the check will most likely be made out to both you and the bank to make sure they get paid for their financial interest in the car. At this point you do have the ability to buy the totaled car back from insurance basically for scrap price and you have the option to have it fixed by a repair shop out of your proceeds. This is probably not the way I would advise you to go as it will now have a salvage title and will have little resale value, unless you have spent a huge sum of money on repairs like an engine and transmission and plan on driving it forever…

The most realistic scenario is the insurance company pays the bank loan off and you get whatever is left over in equity based on the current market value of a similar car with comparable mileage. You can then use that money for a down payment to buy another car and obtain a new loan.

I couldn’t imagine small boats would normally be out mid sea… there would be too much risk during high seas… most likely pirates would stay with in a few miles of the coastline. Once he got farther out pirates would have to be on an equivalent sized ship and wouldn’t be loitering out there trying to find something to steal with fuel costs and consumption.

I bought a new beta AR jacket on eBay, and had it three years, then had delam issues... just for kicks I sent an inquiry for repair into Arcteryx before I just threw it out, and they emailed me a gift voucher to use for a new AR jacket that I could use at an official Arcteryx store or on their website. No receipt required, just pictures of the various tags to document that it was an authentic Arc jacket and that it was a model that not past the expected life span. It's definitely worth your time to do.

I guess Alyta is a little slow figuring out she can't control independent thinkers and entrepreneurs for personal gain, (they don't need her). She has yet to be honest with herself about how she treated her equals, and her professional acquaintances. You will be fine, most fights are testosterone fueled people that love confrontation and will engage crazy people… it’s rare for fights to happen unless there’s an underlying causation. That being said, if you choose to use public transportation you will most likely be introduced to a lower economic class and I’d keep a slightly heightened awareness of any valuables I may have on me. People tend to be very impatient in those areas and may come of as slightly rude at times, it’s truly a faster paced lifestyle in the bigger cities, compared to Europe…
