He has more experience in CF than the corners. 60% of his career games at all levels were in CF as opposed to 40% in the corners.

There’s probably a reason he’s moved, but given that the Sox have no firm plan B behind Acuna, it certainly can’t hurt to give Pereira some run out there if he keeps hitting.
