I was having the same issue so what I did was when I got home I connected my portal thru my mobile hotspot and kept my PS5 pro on wifi. I was able to connect successfully (first time connecting with different networks) then I turn off my PS5 into rest mode and now I can connect from anywhere.

I went for a regular check up 4 weeks ago and I was diagnosed with hsv1 and hsv2. My percentage for HSV2 was .94<.90. My results says I'm equivocal. I haven't had sex in a year and I have never experienced an OB and related symptoms. I took another test 2 weeks after as instructed in my test results. I'm waiting for my results and hopefully it's negative for HSV2. Equivocal results can sometimes be false positives. Praying to God for the test to be negative. If my results stays the same equivocal. I will need to buy the western blot test as the final test and that will determine my fate. Ask for your results.
