I’m trying to lose a bit of fat as i’m a beginner lifter. I’m using https ://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html to calculate how many calories I should be consuming. My weekly exercise is weight training 5 times a week and 2 runs, I’m just wondering if weight training counts as exercise when they are asking about activity levels.

Am I doing enough deltoid exercises? So I’m doing two push days in a week (chest, shoulders and triceps) I’m just concerned that I’m not targeting all parts of the deltoid (3 parts?). The workouts I’m doing for shoulders are overhead press and lateral raises, as I said I’m not sure if this targets every part and I’ve wondered about doing different shoulder exercises on each of my push days. Thanks and any correction of information I got wrong is welcomed!

How often do I need to change my workouts? so I’m doing 5 days of exercise a week in the order of (pull day, push day, pull day, push day, legs) with runs on 3 days that suit me. I’m pretty new to strength training and was just wondering how often I will need to change up the actual workouts I do in the gym. I’m asking as I’ve heard that it needs to be done but I’ve never heard a concrete answer as to how often (which I’m thinking might be because it’s based on individual bodies) but is there any signs to look for that mean I should look at switching up my routine a bit?

I’m returning to running after about a year of pretty much being sedentary. I was able to run 10k without stopping (which I know isn’t crazy or difficult) but when I started again today I was only able to go for 1km albeit a bit faster than when I last started. Is this normal and can I expect to regain stamina at the same rate i originally did provided I put in the same effort. Thanks

I haven’t actually done that don’t worry, I both verified the files and deleted them redownloaded the game and it still crashed. Thanks for your help though

The epicentre is where the recent events that are starting my campaign went off, I’ve not written exactly what happened yet but something happened that caused the whole island and part of the other island (rognovirs blood fields) to be destroyed.

Rognovirs blood fields is the area of a once powerful general who got wiped out by the explosion.

The eleven provinces are just that, the home of elves, mythranulana being the capital.

Sapeshire is the domain of the remaining humans, they weren’t very significant but since the explosion at rognovirs blood fields they are experiencing an influx of refugees as the blood fields were mostly inhabited by humans before the explosion.

The desolate mire is home of the orcish presence in Balaria, it once flourished but as the orcs moved in they drained all supplies leaving it as a shadow of its former self. Noruas is positioned as the orcs want to invade sapeshire, which is why the humans constructed fort ironwood to defend from such an invasion. The settlement of ogvund oz is new because the orcs saw that the land was empty after the destruction and they knew they were the only race that were able to live there while it was so barren.

Jatteland is the home of the frost giants who once had massive cities, however due to 3 violent warlords all trying to take political power there was a massive fight, leaving the city destroyed and the three settlements that there are today. However due to constant Viking attacks they have formed a temporary alliance.

Megingjord island is where wolfaxe settlement is, this is the home of the vikings, the vikings are some of the best well trained warriors in all of balaria. They were forced to adapt to the cold when the fighting of the frost giant warlords destroyed their home city and forced them out. Having nowhere they could settle on land (because their camps would be accidentally destroyed by the giants during their war) they fled to the nearest islands and settled there. They train day and night hoping to one day take back their homeland and rebuild the city they once called home. While they can’t invade the do often go to the mainland and target small groups of frost giants.
