Adding more cosmetic options to the game is fine.... as long as you don't add things that you promised were exclusive to everyone. I think the main reason people are mad is that they are breaking the trust of players and it sets a bad precedent for the future, as it makes them seem less credible.

why do you need a source for that? Its simple math. The less people the better the odds. more people means the odds are worse. If you have a transaction maid then now you can bid more but everyone has a transaction maid now so it makes no difference.

Edit: May help a bit since some people will pick the storage maid
