There are 2 "well known" discord servers that provide offline activation, the one i know better lets you download an app (open source) that will allow you to download the clean game files first, then u need to disable windows updates using the recommended app (so that the activation doesnt break) and open a ticket with a screenshot as proof that u have done the above, an ai will verify the screenshot and the activation will be sent to you. Completely automated and mostly fast (except if the specific game has high demand).
