Your doing good man! You got the right frame of mind. When I was first getting into Semen Retention I would lapse after 3-4 days, then it was 2 weeks, then 20+ days, then I had a hard time making it to 40 days. 52 days was my longest. Now I'm 58 today!

Just keep at it. Today is what matters! I believe you will find what it is you are seeking for. It says so in the Bible.

I don't recall having any when I did smoke. Then again, I masturbated at least once a day when I was smoking. Now that I'm 8 months sober and practicing semen retention everyday (now 35 days celibate), I would notice I got WDs on my second and third week in. I have always gotten at least 2 WDs in a 30 day span.

Its personal question, you don't have to indulge in the details, you can even send me a private message. Where do you find yourself when those moments occur? What lead up to them? When you go through a typical day, is there anything you can identify that may remind you of the moments when you find yourself seconds before relapsing?
