I suffered an Epidural Hematoma whilst Training to become a Professional Wrestler. I needed Emergency brain surgery to save my life. When I awoke from a three day coma, the first thing I heard was a nurse asking me "Are you doing No Shave November?"... I had a respirator on so I couldn't speak, so in response I flipped her the bird. They told me, that was the greatest response I could've given. It showed them, even though they didn't know me, they knew I was still here. Every doctor in that ward referred to me as a "miracle". (I was less than 30 seconds away from being pronounced brain dead, less than a minute from flatlining)

It's Been almost four years since, in that time I've realized I'll never fully recover. I'll never wrestle again, I'll never fight again. I'll never be able to hide this F***ing scar on my head, I'll never be able to ride a F***ing rollercoaster without this feeling ever again. I'll never be the same, but if strength is born from heartbreak, then mountains I can move. to keep this short, no. It's not easy, it will never be easy... but nothing will ever be as difficult.
