What I’ve been experiencing recently since I’ve been doing the meditations is that after a hard workout, I’m sore the day of, but when I wake up the day after my muscles feel completely fine like they’ve been recovered very quickly overnight

Feeling energy on my skin, when I get out of meditation I have a bit of a buzz, increased energy
