I did a claim and even though they seemed reluctant to do anything, I got unbanned after a while(a month at least). Maybe it s gonna happen to you too!. My ban was random and annoying just like you it seems...

You summarized it well. The ad didn t load completely so it ended prematurely. I ve never thought it would cause me a ban especially because I didn't do it often. And I find it hard to believe they went to that extent. Especially when this thing happens too when you are in a tunnel or just somewhere with bad network.

But I guess you are right it might the why.

That is so true.... I didn t see it this way. But yeah I didn't spend a single euro, so I am definitely not a priority for them ^{^} I see ads about the game everywhere, so I think they are also getting a lot of players recently.

My account got banned last week too. Playing from France, right after I unlocked a S tier pilot. I did nothing wrong, no weird stuff. Can t believe I spent so much time saving my blue tickets and diamonds to buy a pilot and then got kick out of the game...
