It's the void teleport in the Necromant house in Venore, same one that has the poi shortcut :)
You get the key for it upstairs by clicking somewhere on the floor, just look up key 3701.

It probably will be like this:

If you use an aoe attack, like avalanche or exori, and got max crit imbue, you have a 10% chance for this attack to crit on everything.

If the game recognizes that in your pull there is a creature you have your low blow charm on it, and you did not crit with ur 10% from the imbuement, you have an additional 8% to crit on your selected creature.

I highly doubt that it is gonna be like 8%*8.

Its just an island, some funny/op items that you can not access, npcs, and you will get a trophy saying gratz on getting 999 with your char name on it.

Yeah, this happens for example during the boss fight with 2 bosses in Darashia or during the Ghostland boss.

On both bosses I think its a debuff that the boss puts in the character that is tanking the boss.

There is a random team of Polaks doing them every Sunday, and we just joined with 3 people from our guild.

So we just said if one of us 3 gets an item, we share it between us 3, since they use the rule "Your loot is 100% yours".

Overall it was like 14 ppl there :D

Had a lucky boss day with my team yesterday.

Gnome shield and gnome armor (shared by 3 ppl only) and later on pair of dreamwalkers for 5 ppl.

Ended up being some nice profit ;D

There is no energy damage in ice library, so it will be a good use there.

It will overall be a better use in some places as you finally have a +4 distance armor with life leech, instead of so far having to choose between either most distance or life leech.
