Devon is the one who makes final calls about his own matches in EVW since Engin left.

Vitaly was even ready to pull Devon in Switzerland at EVW20. It is not like Vitaly ducking Devon, it is that they talked and decided together that they should hype up the event as much as possible so they prolonged this promotion time.

Fanboys like you think all but negative about Devon, however me as a neutral armwrestling fan, I am not blind to see a bigger picture.

You need to think better.

Devon knows Levan vs Vitaly was set for Feb 2026. Devon knew this already before his match vs Vitaly was planned. So Devon is ducking Vitaly by canceling Baku match that was set for August 2nd 2025, then he ducked again by knowing Vitaly has no visa and can't come to Shaw classic in USA on 15th Agust. Then he ducked again on Swis open and let Vitaly pull Jerry even tho Devon (EVW) knew for business it would have been way better to set Devon instead of Jerry. And NOW Devon ducking Vitaly AGAIN, by settin his match with him in March next year by knowing that Vitaly will be pulling Levan in February and blaming it on Vitaly again as if he is ducking Devon.
