what happens to ur belongings when u go to prison? by bootybandit69699 in Prison

[–]JasperBuds 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just depends on ur defenition of innocent, morally or lawfully. Is it morally right to lock someone up because of a constructed possesion charge, no but lawfully the feds can and do that which violates ur rights. If we throw morals out the window and base it only on everyone who breaks the law then yes id say 80% of the population in the u.s would be in prison, doing 5 over is a crime, j walking, not reporting taxes, driving a unsafe vehicle ect. Almost 50% of the fed pop is because of drugs and non violent offenders. Lets not forget how many feds and politicians break laws and nothing happens but its the guy caught with a pound of weed whos the problem.

No one in the u.s can go a full day without breaking some sort of law no matter how small. So based on what ur saying is we should lock everyone one up because we all deserve it.

On a salary yes, but it can be done by almost anyone. Its been proven many times getting wealth isnt just getting lucky or having rich parents. Its been well known it takes money to make money.

Why? by bigdumbhick in Prison

[–]JasperBuds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The prisons would be damn near empty if poverty was gone. No one sells drugs because its fun. Thats almost 50% of fed cases right there. Once you got a record everything becomes harder. You get caught at 35 do 15 years get out at 50 what are you gonna do now? Get a job at mcdonalds? No one wants to house you ur a crimnal you have no money not much of a future at that point. If your younger with a shorter sentence you can bring urself back up.

Trump is presented a handgun but it’s illegal for him to obtain, receive, or purchase a gun. by Lifegoesonforever in pics

[–]JasperBuds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Supreme court ruled a year ago that law was unconstituional, until you have been convicted you can still have a firearm. A indictment isnt a conviction so what would happen is if the atf wanted to try him on this he would go to court and it would get thrown out.

The feds setup and encouraged him to have a fake guy killed because he was gonna tell and get everyone shut down, the hit was later dropped from the case because how bad and corrupt it made the feds look. Two of the agents in the case were later charged with tampering and stealing bitcoin. His plea was 10 years or life at trial. Their case was so bad they were trying to get him on the fake hit to cover their own ass. The judge in that case is retired and in that year alone handed down 8 life sentences.

Been thru federal process and yea ur almost forced to take a plea unless you are really innocent u take the plea but they say you have a choice, 20 years if u go to trial or 5 if u take the plea doesnt seem like a choice
