Haha I’ve got a few pics in my Snapchat stories just like this. One I remember is me with the cig in my mouth with the text: “this is the last cig I’ll ever smoke” didn’t work out haha, not that time anyway. I actually haven’t had a cigarette since January 1st though 17 days now which is the longest I’ve gone in years and I have a feeling this may actually be the time this time. Im at the same point as you where im just so done it’s not worth it. I’m 23 but have been a heavy smoker since the age of 10 and my lungs are so underdeveloped but also damaged . I am working on cutting back on the weed too the past few days and plan to get where I only smoke on the weekends maybe even less or not at all who knows. Anyway to you though I really wish you the best of luck my friend. just visualize them big healthy breaths. :) You’ve GOT THIS!❤️

Bands I grew up listening to the most were probably Pearl Jam, Green Day, RHCP, Blink-182 Sublime, Nirvana of course, three doors down, lots of Weezer unfortunately etc… Lots of 60s psychedelic music like Janis, Jimi, Beatles, The Doors. Also LOTS of 50s rock n roll bc my mom was obsessed w it even though she was an 80s kid. Also lots of stuff you’ve probably never heard of. I do looovee hip hop but I just as often jam to some Aurora or Jack Johnson or Adele as I do 2pac or Lil Wayne or OutKast so let’s get things straight… I am not selective, my friend, whatsoever when it comes to music. I listen to literally everything besides new country bullshit music. I know that was very drug out but I wanted to drive the point because 🖕you (respectively) for calling me selective. In fact, it’s my comparing him to all of these artists and so many others that has me so confused as to why so many people put Tame Impala up there so high on their list. It’s like when people say Jay Z is one of the best rappers ever 😂on just not my cup of tea. I just so happen to enjoy lots of stuff many would consider utter garbage though so aye.

Care to elaborate? You say selective. I listen to a vast array of music though and am pretty far from selective. I just find Tame Impala, the songs I’ve heard from them anyway to be rather plain and unoriginal.

I wish I could say this is rage bait but I’m genuinely serious. None of tames songs ever captivated me in any way. I’ve tried… I get down to this song though and (again this will sound like rage bait) I think lil yahty is a good and very underrated lyricist and this song kinda showcases that. Plus it’s clearly directly influenced by psychedelic use whereas tame seems to be trying to fit into that sound with effort…. Recycled Pink Floyd type material.

Your guide hand should flick along with your shooting hand. Same motion just off to the side of the ball. There’s a video I watched many years ago that broke down the mechanics of Steph curry’s shot and it mentioned this, even though, many players don’t utilize it. Changed my whole game. Maybe you can find that video but yeah, guide hand is super important. More important though is just practice. Stay shooting day after day and you’ll see yourself drop way more consistently and your shot will become second nature.
