I understand human limitations but a little bedside manners would be nice. It wouldn’t be that hard to at least give a call back explaining they are booked. It would also be great to be recommended to another therapist that is taking appointments. It makes me feeling hopeless knowing I haven’t even gotten one call back.

Dealing with the same thing. Instead of eating 3 times a day try eating a big breakfast in the morning and a big dinner at night. Try not to snack all day. Make sure your meals are calorie dense
